For knowing hatching rate, before entering to nursery ponds. tadpoles has to accounted. Tadpoles entered to a small cup, then accounted one by one. A nursery ponds can stocked 4.000 – 5.000 tadpoles/m2. If a small cup are 500 eggs, for a litre water entered 8 - 10 small cups.
